Refund Policy

Time Bakers (“us”, “we”, or “our”) values transparency and customer satisfaction. Please read this Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

1) General

All products sold by Time Bakers are freshly baked and made to order. Due to the perishable nature of our products, all confirmed orders are subject to the terms outlined below.

2) No Refunds on Confirmed Orders

Once an order has been confirmed and payment has been successfully made, all sales are final and non-refundable. This includes cancellations, change of mind, or failure to collect the order at the agreed time.

3) Order Issues & Quality Concerns

If you receive a product that is incorrect, damaged upon delivery, or does not meet our quality standards, please notify Time Bakers within 24 hours of receiving the order. Supporting photos or information may be required for verification.

Upon review, Time Bakers may, at our sole discretion:

  • Offer a replacement for the affected product, or

  • Provide a partial or full refund, or

  • Issue a store credit

4) Delivery & Collection Issues

Time Bakers is not responsible for issues arising from:

  • Incorrect delivery details provided by the customer

  • Failed delivery due to recipient unavailability

  • Delays caused by third-party delivery services, weather, traffic, or unforeseen circumstances

In such cases, refunds will not be issued.

5) Changes to Orders

Requests for changes to orders (including flavour, design, size, or delivery details) must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery or collection time and are subject to approval. Approved changes may incur additional charges.
