2.1 All cakes and baked goods are freshly made to order unless stated otherwise.

2.3 Orders are only confirmed upon successful payment.

2.4 Time Bakers reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its discretion, including but not limited to pricing errors, availability issues, or suspected fraudulent activity.

3. Pricing & Payment

3.1 All prices listed are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) unless stated otherwise.

4. Delivery & Self-Collection

4.1 Delivery areas, fees, and time slots are subject to availability and will be shown during checkout.

4.2 Time Bakers is not responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery services, weather conditions, traffic, or unforeseen circumstances.

4.3 Customers are responsible for ensuring accurate delivery details. Any failed delivery due to incorrect information may result in additional charges.

4.4 For self-collection orders, customers must collect within the agreed time slot.

5. Cancellations, Refunds & Changes

5.1 As our products are perishable and made to order, all confirmed orders are non-refundable.

5.2 Changes to orders (including design, flavour, or delivery details) must be requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery or collection time and are subject to approval.

5.3 Time Bakers reserves the right to offer refunds or credits at its sole discretion in exceptional cases.

6. Allergens & Dietary Information

6.1 Our products may contain or come into contact with allergens such as nuts, dairy, eggs, wheat, and soy.

6.2 While we take precautions, Time Bakers cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.
